As a Swim Coach, you’ll use your knowledge of swim strokes and water safety to inspire swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Your mission: teach essential skills, boost confidence, and deliver a positive, encouraging experience that keeps swimmers excited for our FUN, FAST, and FRIENDLY lessons.

• Prior experience as a swim instructor or competitive swimmer or working with young children is preferred.

• Backgrounds in physical education, childcare, or fitness environments are highly valued.

• Lifeguard, CPR, or First Aid certifications are a plus.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both kids and adults.

• Confident, proficient swimming skills with the ability to demonstrate multiple techniques.

• Travel to swimmers’ pool locations to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.

• Teach individuals or groups essential swimming techniques and water safety skills while supporting personal fitness goals.

• Track each swimmer’s progress and provide positive, constructive feedback to help them grow and succeed.

• Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming lesson environment by following all safety guidelines.

• Keep the pool area and any used equipment clean and organized.

• Collaborate with our Office Team to ensure every family enjoys an exceptional customer experience.

Required Service Regions

This position requires travel to swimmers’ home or community pools within:

• Parkland, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek

• Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Deerfield Beach

• Full-time and Part-time positions available

• Pay Range: $25 - $30 per 30-minute swim lesson

• Flexible Schedule
