Celebration Weeks - Time to LEVEL UP

Celebration weeks are once a month and it’s an opportunity to celebrate each swimmer's progress. Whether it's leveling up, highlighting an achieved skill-set within a level or encouraging positive behavior, each swimmer is recognized for their achievements.

Our coach is on vacation, can we schedule a substitute?

If you have weekly lessons and your coach is on vacation, it will appear in your upcoming schedule. If you would like a lesson on the day your coach is off, schedule a substitute coach in the Client Portal by submitting a request via the Online Scheduler.

Coach Mark Fenton is an award-winning swim instructor, who is passionate about sharing the love of the water, and he is posting new videos every month that are both entertaining and educational for both children and parents.


If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session, it will be reflected as if the session took place, and unfortunately, the pass cannot be used for a future appointment.

Our coaches rely on having their schedules set at least 24 hours in advance, and any last-minute changes can directly impact their income. To support our dedicated and awesome coaches, they are paid for sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Thank you for your understanding!

My swim coach isn’t here yet, what should I do?

Our coaches are given a sufficient amount of travel time between locations; however, there are factors that are out of our control. Your coach could be waiting at your community gate, stuck in traffic/construction or slightly delayed due to inclement weather.

Feel free to reach out to your swim coach directly by sending a message to 754-247-1530. Thank you for your patience as they navigate through the unforeseen challenges.

 

During the cooler months (October - April), the pool temperature needs to be warm enough so that swimmers are comfortable and safe. Find out more by watching this video!
